One key focus area is Interserve’s extensive plant construction and pipework fabrication capabilities. Through our extensive network of strategically placed fabrication workshops Interserve offers high integrity mechanical and pipework fabrication services for the chemical industry.
Our highly skilled workforce is trained in the latest fabrication, cutting and welding techniques in accordance with current approved codes of practice and legislation.
Off-site fabrication
Besides our highly visible work on client sites, we understand that off-site fabrication is a key factor in ensuring that site needs are fulfilled in the most timely and efficient manner.
Just a few hundred yards from the M53, our modern 88,000 sq ft Mechanical and Pipework Fabrication Facility at Ellesmere Port enables us to provide cost effective fabrication solutions to the highest standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction. Our experienced team of directly employed operatives can deliver an expansive range of welding procedures, encompassing process piping systems and module and coldbox fabrication - all within a strictly-controlled environment. All welding techniques have been independently assessed and authorised by a recognised third party body.
