    On 12 July 2010, 10 Interserve employees received their Facilities Management National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3 accreditation. These individuals are the first in the country to undertake and complete this programme, piloted and delivered by Interserve.

The project is being undertaken as part of the third phase of developments in the award-winning Leeds Building Schools for the Future programme.

This is the fourth time Interserve has won the FM Sector Award and the fifth consecutive year as a finalist. Winning over 20 RoSPA Awards this year (2 Sector Awards, 2 Gold Medals, over 15 Gold Awards and 1 Silver Award) brings Interserve’s total to over 100 awards in 5 years.
